The Tolsen 36" (900mm) Aluminium Pipe Wrench is an extra-long, heavy-duty pipe wrench for gripping and turning large pipes, fittings and round stock. It suits plumbers, heating engineers, farmers, groundworkers and industrial maintenance fitters who work with big-bore pipework.
The aluminium alloy body makes a big wrench much lighter than a cast iron equivalent, so it's easier to carry, position and use for long periods, in trenches, plant rooms or overhead. The hardened chrome molybdenum (CrMo) steel jaws bite securely onto pipe for a firm, non-slip grip under heavy load.
The full 900mm length gives maximum leverage for breaking seized joints and tightening large fittings with less effort. It's a durable, industrial-grade tool for demanding plumbing and maintenance work. Browse our full range of hand tools at Tool Source.

What is a 36" pipe wrench used for?
A 36" (900mm) pipe wrench is for gripping and turning large-diameter pipes and fittings. Its extra length gives maximum leverage for breaking seized joints in plumbing, heating, agricultural and industrial work.
Why choose an aluminium pipe wrench?
At this size, an aluminium body saves a lot of weight compared with cast iron. The wrench is easier to carry and use for long periods while still handling heavy-duty work.
