Most items we sell in Tool Source are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. This is your guarantee for after-sales service for those products. When you are a customer of Tool Source any manufacturers warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
All queries, claims or complaints that you have in relation to a product under manufacturers warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer as per the documentation included in the products packaging or via the relevant manufacturers website. We have no liability or responsibility for a manufacturers warranty or any guarantees within it. However you can always contact us info@toolsource.ie and we can advice you further.
We also strongly recommend that where a manufacturer offers an extended warranty, that you will register your products to avail this offer following manufacturers instructions.

If you need to send your product away for a warranty repair you can contact us and most cases we can send your product away to the authorized repair center for you. You can bring your product to our shop in Castlemaine Village, co. Kerry with a valid receipt and we will take it from there.
Milwaukee power tools come with a standard one year warranty. Milwaukee offers a warranty extension to 3 years when you register your tool within 30 days of purchase.

M28 rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers and accessories are not included in the warranty extension.
A repair/replacement under this warranty is free of charge. It does not constitute an extension or a new start of the warranty period. In some cases delivery charges or postage will have to be paid by the sender.
