Most items we sell at Tool Source are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty, which is your guarantee for after-sales service. Any manufacturer's warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer — your legal rights are not affected.
For warranty queries or repairs, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly as per the documentation included with your product, or via the relevant manufacturer's website. We also strongly recommend registering your product where a manufacturer offers an extended warranty — details for each brand are below.
Milwaukee power tools come with a standard one-year warranty. Milwaukee offers an extension to 3 years when you register your tool within 30 days of purchase. Please note that M28 rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers and accessories are not included in the warranty extension.

A repair or replacement under this warranty is free of charge and does not constitute an extension or new start of the warranty period. In some cases, postage or delivery charges may apply.
DeWalt power tools come with a standard one-year warranty. DeWalt offers an extension to 3 years when you register your tool within 30 days of purchase.

Bosch Professional power tools come with a standard one-year warranty, extendable by an additional two years free of charge. This offer applies to all professional power tools, measuring tools, and associated rechargeable batteries. Please note that high-frequency tools, industrial cordless screwdrivers, pneumatic tools, and corresponding accessories are excluded.

HiKOKI power tools come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. To register your tool and manage your warranty, visit the HiKOKI warranty and registration page and select Ireland as your country. You will need a copy of your invoice. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us at info@toolsource.ie and we'll help point you in the right direction.
Makita power tools come with a standard one-year warranty, extendable to 3 years when you register your tool within 30 days of purchase. Irish customers register via the Makita UK website — visit MyMakita to create an account and register your tool. You will need a copy of your invoice. Please note that if you have purchased a kit with more than one tool, each tool must be registered individually within 30 days, as each has its own serial number.
