The M18FHIW2F12 is the high torque version delivering 2,034 Nm of nut-busting torque, while the M18FMTIW2F12 is the mid torque version delivering 881 Nm. As a result, the high torque model is better suited to heavy plant, structural steel and large fasteners, while the mid torque is more versatile for general mechanical and construction work.
