The Ramboo PRO Original Magic on Cement Finish is a specialist smooth sponge float for cement-based plaster finishes. Because the sponge is engineered to a specific softness, a light rub after trowelling transforms the surface finish quickly and easily. As a result, it has become one of the most widely used cement finishing tools among Irish plasterers working with sand and cement and through-colour render systems.

How It Works

After completing the trowelling process, lightly dampen the sponge and rub the surface in a circular motion. In particular, very little pressure is needed — the softness of the sponge does the work. Because it pulls back the fine cement paste to the surface, it produces a smooth, consistent finish without additional trowelling passes. For this reason, it significantly reduces finishing time on cement plaster work.
