The MXS73SSH is Marshalltown's 14" x 4¾" finishing trowel in stainless steel with a traditional wood handle. It's the straightforward choice for plasterers who want a rust-resistant blade and a solid, familiar handle
The stainless steel blade won't rust, pit, or stain from lime contact, which makes it a practical option for damp site conditions, external renders, and lime-based work. The surface stays consistent over time, which matters when you're working a skim coat or float finish to a close tolerance. At 14" x 4¾", it covers ground efficiently on flat wall areas without becoming unwieldy at corners or edges.
The wood handle is turned and fitted in the traditional manner. Many experienced plasterers prefer it — it's lighter than a moulded handle, gives direct feedback through the blade, and is easy to re-fit if it ever loosens.
