The Nela PlasticFlex plastering trowel  is a different beast from Nela's steel-blade trowels — the flexible plastic blade is designed for specific finishing applications where a steel blade would drag or catch, particularly on textured renders and certain base coats.

At 16" x 4.3", the PlasticFlex is nimble enough to use in tighter spaces and on returns. The ultra-lightweight aluminium alloy mounting keeps overall weight well down, and the BiKoGRIP cork handle — with its cork-and-soft ergonomic dual-material design — is as comfortable on the PlasticFlex as it is on Nela's steel range.

A specialist tool, but an essential one for certain plastering techniques. If you're working machine-applied render or specific decorative finish coats, the PlasticFlex belongs in your bag.
